The vast majority of fillers are made with hyaluronic acid, which is part of the collagen complex. These include products like Restylane® and Juvederm®. Depending on how the molecules are linked together these fillers have different properties. They can be thick or thin, stiff or malleable or can attract a great deal or very little water.
